Executive Lead Institute

We have partnered with a number of our clients to develop leading-edge and dynamic programs. The following program has received recognition for its role in helping our client accelerate their business performance.

As part of our client’s succession planning process we were invited to design a leading-edge program to help them develop the next generation of executives as the company experienced rapid expansion. The result was an integrated executive development program that combined a 360-survey based upon executive competencies developed to support their strategic goals, an assessment event, action learning projects, coaching and mentoring, and two weeks of classroom training. This became known as the Executive Lead Institute. This program has received the following awards:

  • Presidents Award.
  • It was a feature presentation at the ASTD Conference at New Orleans in 2002.
  • In May of 2003 the program was awarded an ASTD Award for ‘Excellence in Workplace. Learning and Development’ at the International Conference in Washington DC.

Leading Edge Programs

We have partnered with a number of our clients to develop leading-edge and dynamic programs. The following program has received recognition for its role in helping our client accelerate their business performance.

This highly interactive three-day program was awarded the Presidents Award. It was designed for managers new to the organization and for existing individual contributors who have recently been promoted to first line managers. This successful program introduces the participants to management at the company and helps accelerate their integration as new managers.
