Executive Coaching

As individual managers transition to higher roles – and more responsibilities – their time becomes more valuable. Although they often acknowledge the need for continuing development, they can’t commit to a two- or three-day course. Today, many executives and senior managers want less formal training and more real-time guidance and support as they face new or changing situations. Perhaps they want to develop an increased level of self-awareness or emotional intelligence, or they need someone to act as a sounding board. Either way, it is all about consciously changing their behaviors to achieve success.

That’s why we believe it’s important to tailor the level and nature of our coaching support to target the needs of the individual and the organization. This type of coaching support offers the executive more value for the time they invest.

We focus on executive coaching as a key ingredient of leadership development, designed to develop executive bench strength. Rather than just providing an ad-hoc coaching service to individuals, our work is linked to either the succession planning processes or the executive’s individual development goals.

Our goal is to accelerate your personal growth and development using a learner-centered approach. That means tailoring the support to meet your specific needs.

We offer three coaching approaches to fit your needs:

  1. Scheduled coaching sessions (SCS)
    This is the more recognizable face of executive coaching. We agree with you on the skill areas you would like to develop, help identify behavioral goals linked to your organization’s talent management process and conduct regular sessions to help you achieve your goals.
  2. Coaching on demand (COD)
    This is an additional service for our coaching clients who find themselves facing a situation or needing advice outside their scheduled sessions. It provides on-demand coaching support either by e-mail or by phone.
  3. Leadership Team Coaching (LTC)
    This is an innovative development concept designed to apply coaching methodology to groups or teams who want to improve their leadership skills or deal with a challenging new situation. It is designed for those who cannot take the time to attend a development program or who don’t want the impersonal knowledge transfer of a virtual webinar. Linked to the needs of the group and situation, Leadership Team Coaching includes face:face interactions with a skilled coach/facilitator who uses current models, action projects and constant feedback to bring about sustainable behavioral changes in teams.
